Once your ideas and budget are in place, you will work with Viking throughout pre-construction to solidify your project and budget. You will work with our architect to draw plans (and modify them to make it perfect!). Once the architect is completed, you will then begin your selection process, and we will get everything stamped, permitted, and ready for ground-breaking

Viking will guide you through our building process from start to finish. With daily communication via our building platform, you will know exactly what is happening throughout your project. You will have open access to your schedule, budget updates, and receipts. Your project manager will let you know any changes, and ensure everyone on-site is working towards your dream goal.
